While we do offer case-by-case assistance to customers, the reality is that the cPanel infrastructure is nearing the end of its lifespan and requires migration for security and maintenance reasons.
It’s important to note that, unlike cPanel, where clients with the basic configuration often experience issues related to lack of memory (out of memory, or OOM), the new minimum configuration helps to prevent these kinds of problems.
